1.Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase order number is required.

2.Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Underwear, socks, and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)

Personalized or customized items

Final sale/clearance items (marked as “Non-Returnable”)

3.How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account and go to “Order History.”

Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.

4.Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

5.Exchanges
If you need a different size/color, please send the items you received at frist.

6.Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.

7.Return Shipping Costs
Customer responsibility: Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our mistake.

8.International Returns
International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are non-refundable.
